What we keep

• Your name, phone number, delivery address, and city.
• An email address, if you leave one at checkout, on the contact form, or for the newsletter.
• The pieces you order, the amount to collect on delivery, and the status of the parcel.
• Messages you send us.

Why we keep it

We use these details to confirm the order, pack it, and hand it to PostEx for delivery across Pakistan. PostEx receives your name, phone, address, city, and the cash-on-delivery amount so the rider can find you. We do not sell your details.

How long

Order records stay so we can answer a delivery question, a return, or a repeat purchase. You can ask us to delete a newsletter email or a contact message at any time. We keep completed orders for our accounts.
