Terms of Service

By placing an order on this website you are asking Jia Maan to reserve the pieces in your bag and to send them cash on delivery.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and can change when a run ends. An order is confirmed when you see an order number. If a piece sells out while you are checking out, we will not charge you for it and we will not book it with the courier. We may refuse an order we cannot deliver to the city you chose.

Payment

Checkout offers cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online card payment. Cash on delivery is collected by the rider. Bank transfers use the account shown at checkout. Card orders are reserved first, then confirmed with you before a charge is taken. For cash on delivery, the amount the rider collects is what we send to PostEx.

The website

Photographs, words, and the Jia Maan name belong to the studio. You may not copy the catalogue for your own shop. The site is offered as it is; colours on a screen can differ slightly from cloth in daylight.

Law

These terms are meant to be read in Pakistan. If something goes wrong that we cannot sort out by message, the courts of Lahore can hear it.
